Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning

Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and daily room assignments. Make beds, replace linen and towels, and replenish guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures. Ensure guest rooms are clean, well‑presented, and ready for occupancy within required timeframes. Report maintenance defects, damaged items, and missing inventory promptly.

Public Area Cleaning

Clean and maintain public areas, including reception, corridors, stairways, lifts, conference facilities, restaurants, offices, and restrooms. Ensure all public spaces remain clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the day. Remove rubbish and dispose of waste in accordance with hotel procedures.

Laundry & Linen
