Job Purpose
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the shopping centre, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers, tenants, visitors, and staff. The role will involve both front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning duties across public areas, staff facilities, service corridors, and operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-House Cleaning
- Clean and maintain shopping mall walkways, entrances, exits, and public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and machine-clean floors as required.
- Clean glass, doors, handrails, lifts, escalators, and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
