Job Description

JOB DISCRIPTION:  

  • Providing support to internal clients
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the Office building as well as preparing refreshments for meetings
  • Ensure office/building are welcoming and cleanliness maintained.
  • Ensure that refreshments are served
  • Ensure health and safety is adhered to and maintained
  • Ensure compliance to Human Capital policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance to financial policies and procedure
  • Assist with general tasks and ad hoc functions
  • Build and maintain good relations with PPECB internal clients and visitors. 
  • Continuous self-improvement in their area of responsibility according to the PPECB performance framework

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in the cleaning industry or cleaning experience in an office environment
