An expert-level Claude Code practitioner who can train our development team on:
Core Development Workflows
∙ Spec-driven development (writing technical specs Claude Code can execute against)
∙ Project-driven development (using plan mode, , iterative decomposition)
∙ When to use which approach and why
Multi-Agent Orchestration
∙ Sub-agents: parallel task execution, context window isolation, when to spawn vs. keep sequential
∙ Skills: building reusable workflows in .claude/commands/, chaining skills into compound pipelines
∙ Agent Teams: lead agent decomposition, parallel worker coordination, shared task lists
∙ Choosing the right orchestration layer for the problem (not over-engineering)
Operational Excellence
∙ Writing and maintaining effective files (system prompts for agent behavior)
∙ Self-improvement loops — capturing corrections, preventing repeat mistakes)
