What you’ll be doing

• Supervising classes when the teacher is away and guiding students through pre-prepared work
• Keeping lessons calm, focused and purposeful so learning continues without disruption
• Supporting a range of subjects and year groups, mainly KS3 and KS4
• Taking registers, explaining tasks clearly and helping students stay on track
• Pitching in with wider school duties when cover isn’t needed, such as sm...
