Overview

KS2 Class Teacher (Maternity Cover) for September 2026 at Seascape Primary School, Peterlee. Maternity cover until the substantive post holder returns. The successful candidate will be situated in Key Stage 2 and will start on 1st September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess a broad and balanced Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt provision to meet individual needs.
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to wider school life.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.
