Class 3 Spare Board Roll Off Driver

This is a union position located at our Smithers, BC hauling site.

Loading can sometimes be manual

Starting Pay: $33.21/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am start time

As a Spare Board Driver you will fill in for absent drivers to cover routes, handle overflow or fill in for vacations. This position requires flexibility and you will experience a variety of work in this position

Drivers operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments dependent on the line of business they're operating in and the type of truck they're operating. Drivers will transport the material to a disposal, transfer or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity. Commercial Drivers are responsible for providing the pick-up service of containers filled with waste or recyclable material.
