HGV Class 2 Driver
Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Class 2 Driver for a well‑known distribution business in Middlewich. This is a temp‑to‑perm role ideal for drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.
Salary
GBP16 - GBP35 per hour
Contract and Hours
Contract: On‑Going, leading to Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 starts
Pay: £15 per hour PAYE / £18 per hour Umbrella
Key Responsibilities
- Completing 6-10 deliveries and collections
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Comply with road transport legislation and company policies
Candidate Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 Licence + CPC & Digi Cards
- Ability to carry out manual handling safely
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
