Class 1 Driver - Washington

£15.00 per hour + £26 Night Out Allowance

The Best Connection are proud to be working with our client, a large and well-established haulage company based in Washington. Due to continued growth and ongoing commitment to their customers, they are looking to recruit several Class 1 Drivers to join their team in Washington on day shifts, with optional nights out available.

This is an ongoing role with the opportunity of temporary to permanent.

Shift Details

  • 06:00 starts
  • Day shift work
  • Optional nights out

Duties for Class 1 Drivers

As a Class 1 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • A-to-B trunking deliveries
  • Driving pre-loaded vehicles
  • Following pre-planned routes
  • Strapping and securing loads
  • No handball involved
