Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Driver (HGV/LGV)

Location: Crick, Northamptonshire.
Shift availability: Friday to Tuesday or Saturday to Wednesday.
Contract: Ongoing, early morning shifts from 00:00 to 02:30 start time.

Responsibilities

The driver will deliver 1–2 truck loads per day to Costco stores, with possible collection from suppliers. The vehicle is lock‑padded and opened by store staff. The driver may be asked to help with loading only at the client's site. The role is purely driving; all other sites handle loading themselves. Average hours per day are 10–12, with a minimum of 8 hours.

Requirements

• Class 1 drivers licence.
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience on the licence.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Driver qualification card.
• Under 6 points on the driving licence.
