Paid Internship to Permanent Role | Class 1 or Class 3 Operator | Full-Time

• Position Type: Paid internship leading to permanent employment
• Location: Alberta (energy sector sites across the province)
• Compensation: Paid from day one. Operator roles in this sector commonly pay around $85,000 per year.
• Licence: Class 1 or Class 3 (an asset, not required to begin)
• Experience: Entry level welcome. On-the-job training provided.
• Eligibility: Open to Indigenous applicants across Alberta
• Start Date: Placements begin Summer 2026 (limited spots)
• Program: TRACKS, funded by the Government of Alberta
