Our consulting client is currently seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join their growing team for a 3 month contract opportunity (possibility of extension!). The ideal candidate is a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with previous experience in customer service and data entry, who excels at handling sensitive inquiries and documentation with empathy, discretion, and accuracy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.This is a hybrid position (3 days per week) and is located in downtown Toronto.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls and inquiries with empathy and professionalism, providing clear, accurate information while maintaining confidentiality.
Document all interactions thoroughly in the system and escalate high-risk or complex cases as needed.
