Pharmacy Configuration / Claims Adjudication Analyst
Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ
Training : Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm
Shift : Mon–Fri between 7:00am–6:00pm - must be available for an 8 hour shift during this window.
Overview:
This role supports pharmacy benefit and claims adjudication accuracy by configuring plan benefits, researching adjudication issues, and partnering with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
What You’ll Do:
+ Configure pharmacy benefits, formularies, and claims logic based on approved change requests
+ Research and troubleshoot basic claims adjudication issues
+ Collaborate with internal partners to gather requirements, test changes, and ensure accurate delivery
+ Review testing results and maintain clear documentation of plan designs and configurations
