+ Review claims that have suspended or rejected during processing.

+ Identify reject reasons and apply documented procedures to resolve issues.

+ Research claims using internal systems and reference materials to determine the appropriate outcome.

+ Process claims accurately and within established turnaround time requirements.

+ Escalate complex or unresolved issues following defined procedures.

+ Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment.

+ Communicate professionally when gathering or clarifying information needed to complete claim processing.

Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous claims experience is strongly preferred but not required.

+ Customer service.

+ Strong attention to detail.

+ Organization and time management.

+ Ability to multitask.

+ Accurate data entry.
