Claims Representative I, Claims Management Services

About the role

We’re looking for a Claims Representative I – Claims Management Services (CMS) to join our growing team.

Location

This role is available in Mississauga, ON; St. John’s, NL; and Dieppe, NB.

Salary and Compensation

Salary range (not limited to): $50,900 – $62,200 (based on a 35‑hour workweek).

Annual bonus target: 5% of base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance.

Intact also offers an Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with a 50% match of net shares and a defined benefit pension plan providing guaranteed income for life.

• Open new claims on the phone with clients and ensure immediate handling of the situation.
