Job Description

  • Issue demand letters to the third party
  • Check and correct information in the system (IIA)
  • Prepare documents to be sent to outsource providers
  • Enter data and send requests for vehicle registration and civil registration information of the third party
  • Record receipt of payments in the system (IIA)
  • Close claim cases when the third party cannot be contacted
  • Prepare information for payment processing (in cases where the outsource provider can claim, and/or for expenses related to obtaining vehicle and civil registration information)
  • Attach documents obtained from vehicle and civil registration searches to the claim file
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Honesty, perseverance, and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Commitment and integrity in work
