Job Description

Wingman Group PTY LTD is seeking a Claims Recovery Agent to assist customers, suppliers, and the extended team by navigating through the claims process for motor claims within our Karmo group subscription. You will manage recoveries from third party insurers and drive the recovery phase of the process.

A core requirement is maintaining oversight of claim handling, archiving, reporting best practices, and documenting departmental policies.
