See yourself in our team: In the role of a Claims Officer you will be responsible for the delivery of a personalised, empathetic and organised claims management service to the SA Community, supporting the return to work process for individuals that have experienced a workplace injury. Working with our Return to Work Specialist, Impairment Benefit Specialists, Dispute Resolution Officers and other technical roles within the SA operations, the role is responsible for claim management functions, including providing administration support with a focus on internal and external customer service.
