What you'll be doing as Claims Manager

  • Leading and managing the Claims function across Commercial Lines portfolios with many complexities

  • Overseeing Claims Handling from first notification through to settlement or litigation, ensuring quality and consistency throughout

  • Monitoring claims data and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive better outcomes
