Enhance customer service as a Claims Coordinator with CAA Club Group, where you’ll engage clients and support claims processing in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you'll assist in providing exceptional service by sending application packages, corresponding with clients and legal representatives, and managing department communications. As a key support member in the claims department, you will also handle invoice payments and aid in new claims set-up while ensuring seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Send application packages to clients via email or mail
• Correspond with clients, vendors, and legal representatives
• Schedule Insurer Examinations with vendors
• Match mail for claims files and manage voicemail responses
• Assist in invoice payment processing as directed
