Job Description
• Provide Call Centre Customer Service coverage to assist clients with their claims
• Administer claims related to Wallet Protect, Disability, Involuntary Unemployment, Life & Auto GAP
• Scan and store claims documentation accurately and securely
• Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and internal policies
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities to enhance customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate data registration in internal systems
• Communicate effectively, ensuring impeccable quality in both written and spoken interactions with clients and partners
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive working atmosphere and support overall team objectives

Your Profile
• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in a similar role or in a customer call center is a plus
• Customer service oriented and able to work under pressure
