Claims Assistant

Claims Assistant is primarily responsible for the evaluation, investigation and eventual settlement of all claims submitted.

Responsibilities

• Primarily process all claims particularly motor car.
• Conduct ocular inspection of the damages of the insured vehicle.
• Makes necessary adjustments to the claims according to the damages and makes the necessary recommendation for the claims of the clients.
• Coordinates with the authorized motor shops for costs of repairs and parts.
• Participates in all proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
