Job Description

Summary:

Manage and maintain a designated set of accounts. Conduct investigation and validation of all customer claims including deductions. Calculate monthly and quarterly payouts based on annual customer contract.


Responsibilities:

  • Review customer claim invoices and validate it against contracts
  • Maintain annual program terms with payouts
  • Process valid customer claim submissions and post audits
  • Identify invalids and partner with sales team to resolve in a timely manner
  • Process credit notes/debit notes on a daily basis
  • Perform customer account reconciliations for responsible accounts
  • Program registration/monitoring & maintenance
  • Account Management/reporting
  • Analyzing & reporting of accounts



Education level and/or relevant experience(s):
