The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, dealership experience, and the ability to assess claims in accordance with manufacturer standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and validate warranty and maintenance claims submitted by service departments.
• Review repair orders, technician reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure claims are processed in accordance with OEM warranty policies and procedures.
