Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate warranty and technical claims submitted by dealerships.
  • Review supporting documentation, repair procedures, and technical reports.
  • Ensure claims comply with manufacturer policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential claim risks.
  • Liaise with dealerships, technicians, and internal stakeholders to resolve claim-related queries.
  • Provide technical guidance regarding claim requirements and repair standards.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations relating to claims assessments.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the claims management process.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric.
  • Qualified Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate, Diagnostic Technician Certification, or Master Technician Qualification...
