Job Description

We’re looking for a Claims Analyst to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to manage the end-to-end processing of death claims for Annuity contracts, including verifying beneficiary information, calculating contract values, and ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of funds in accordance with contract terms. You will process related transactions, maintain compliance with regulatory and operational requirements, and deliver exceptional service while mitigating financial and operational risks.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Process and adjudicate death claims for Annuity contracts, including assessment, calculation of benefits, and final claims decisions within established authority levels.
  • Review policy contracts, beneficiary information, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate and timely claim settlements and fund distributions.
