Claims Analyst

The Claims Analyst is responsible for overseeing claims processing across assigned branches, ensuring timely investigations, meeting monthly targets, and improving claims and cargo-handling operations. The role includes monitoring performance, resolving escalated claims, implementing process improvements, and providing regular reports to corporate leadership.

The ideal candidate for the role is a graduate of any 4-years degree, preferably Industrial Engineering. Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in logistics or supply chain), strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
