  • Investigate and process claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed goods in transit.
  • Gather evidence, such as pre-shipment videos and photos, to support claims.
  • Work closely with WHOps and CCTV team to ensure that the set guidelines are being followed.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics, Payments and Finance team to ensure all RTS Parcels for claims are properly filed and requested for wallet adjustments.
  • Escalate claims to 3rd party service partners and ensure that all claims are credited to the Scommerce account.
  • Assist in claim escalations and ensure proper resolution is reached.
  • Prepares a comprehensive report on all status of claims and establishes a tracker for real time verification.
