Investigate and process claims related to lost, damaged, or delayed goods in transit.
Gather evidence, such as pre-shipment videos and photos, to support claims.
Work closely with WHOps and CCTV team to ensure that the set guidelines are being followed.
Collaborate with the Logistics, Payments and Finance team to ensure all RTS Parcels for claims are properly filed and requested for wallet adjustments.
Escalate claims to 3rd party service partners and ensure that all claims are credited to the Scommerce account.
Assist in claim escalations and ensure proper resolution is reached.
Prepares a comprehensive report on all status of claims and establishes a tracker for real time verification.
Participate in the development and implementation process strategies and tactical execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
