Overview

We are seeking a full‑time Claims Advocate to join the Western Region Claims Team. The successful candidate will provide Gallagher clients with exemplary claims service and advocacy, maintaining and exceeding the service standards of the Gallagher Claims Department.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Intake of Commercial and Personal Lines client’s new claims and reporting to the insurance company
• Provide Claims assistance as required to the insureds in a professional and compassionate manner
• Communicate with adjusters and insureds regarding open claims
• Liaise between insured and insurance carrier during settlement negotiations when required
• Advocate on claims on client’s behalf with insurers as necessary
