- Represent your client’s interests with the various insurers / experts / repair shops
- Manage and follow-up claim files
- Take initiatives and decisions in time to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of files.
- Be the client’s point of contact for insurance claims management
- Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, insurers, experts and lawyers
