Job Description
The Claims Administrative Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the Claims Department. The role involves assisting with accident reporting, managing claim documentation, liaising with insurers, customers, surveyors and workshop personnel, and ensuring that motor insurance claims are processed accurately and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with accident reporting and ensure that all relevant accident details and supporting documents are properly recorded.
Provide customers with preliminary advice on accident liability based on the available information, accident circumstances and applicable claim guidelines, subject to final assessment by the insurer or relevant authority.
Explain the available claim and repair options to customers.
