Responsibilities
- Reporting new claims to insurers
- Following up with insurers on closing notices
- Entering new claims into Epic
- Attaching updates of claims into Epic
- Liaising regularly with insurers to request claim statements and log details into Epic
- Running monthly reports to track loss ratios with various insurers
- Notifying the Claims Manager of any large losses or circumstances that could lead to a large loss
- Assisting with internal quality control reviews
- Other duties, as required
