The Senior Engineering Specialist – Civil/Structural Design, placed through Turner Staffing Group, plays a key role in guiding the strategic direction of engineering projects from concept through execution. This position establishes and implements CAD best practices, leads design teams, and promotes a culture of innovation, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
