Civil SuperintendentThe Superintendent leads, directs and coordinates the work of subcontractors and the craft workforce. This leadership position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site on an assigned project, executing field operations safely and in a manner consistent with Company objectives.

This role is based out of Sudbury, Ontario and does offer a fly in fly out option for any candidates who are eligible.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Provide safety leadership through implementation of Bird Safety Program and monitoring of safety performance of craft workforce, field staff and subcontractors.

  • Provide people leadership through establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the entire site team in order to promote positive morale.
