Civil & Structural Engineer (Data Center Building Design) (Onsite 1 month) • Assess existing structural capacity, civil arrangement, and expansion feasibility. • Produce architectural/structural designs for expanded areas (including new 9011 indoor building). • Evaluate physical loads (rooms, equipment, racks, MEP systems) and building impacts. • Ensure compliance with local building codes and data center standards (TIA-942, Tier targets). • Define structural reinforcements, integration with existing structures, and phasing constraints. • Develop layouts for white space, support areas, circulation, segregation, and access flow. • Coordinate with MEP disciplines for penetrations, equipment pads, and routing zones. • Provide drawings/specs suitable for BIM LOD ≥ 300 deliverables. • Support fire zoning/egress integration with life safety requirements. • Contribute to BoQ quantities and technical specifications for civil/structural scope. • Participate in design reviews, constructability c...
