Job Description

Convergence Realty & Development Corporation (Condev) seeks a Project Engineer to oversee site operations, ensuring activities follow approved plans, schedules, quality standards and safety rules.

You will coordinate with contractors and internal teams, review drawings, monitor progress and ensure QA/QC compliance. A Civil Engineering degree and 3–5 years of land development experience are required; PRC license is preferred. Travel to project sites is expected.
