Overview: 

Our client, a well-established firm based in Washington, is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with exceptional project management skills to join their team in the Tri-Cities area. This role will lead a variety of land development projects, including residential subdivisions, multifamily housing, commercial and mixed-use sites, and industrial developments. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that help shape thriving communities. If you are passionate about mentoring others, solving complex challenges, and delivering impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you. This position is located in Pasco, WA.

Salary: $119K – $150K DOE
