CELOTTI WORKFORCE partners with leading civil construction companies to provide skilled Civil Plant Operators for key civil projects across the Bundaberg region. We are currently seeking experienced operators for upcoming subdivision and road infrastructure works .

• Excavator Operators 
• Moxy Operators
• Roller Operators
• Watercart Operators 
• Front End Loader Operators

These roles are offering consistent work Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays, working 10-12 hour days. With the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Civil construction experience (advantageous)
• Blue/White Construction Card
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Relevant machinery operating tickets (e.g. RII Articulated Haul Truck)
