Job Description
As a **civil leader**, you will be responsible for the performance and functionality design of structures and buildings, in which priority is given to the safety and structural integrity of the elements, as well as their occupants and surrounding structures.
The civil leader objective is to validate and guarantee that the structural and non-structural elements comply with the design and operation definitions specified in the project bases, as well as compliance with internal, national and international regulations and standards.
This position reports to the Project Manager.

- Coordinate and guide the supervision of performance engineers, and support contractors and project staff in the disciplines of Civil and Architecture
- Manage and ensure compliance with the designs of concrete structures (electrical building, cisterns, foundations, equipment bases, etc.), and compliance with the designs of steel structures (reaction building, racks, mezzanin...
