Job Description
Our client Al Falah Chemicals is looking for a Civil Lab Technician in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory and field tests on construction materials including soil, aggregate, concrete,cement, etc.
Prepare and test concrete cubes, cylinders, slump tests, and maintain curing conditions.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately as per standards (ASTM, AASHTO, BS, ISO).
Ensure calibration, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of lab equipment.
Collect samples from site and ensure they follow proper sampling procedures.
Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for timely testing and reporting.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma / DAE in Civil Engineering or relevant certification.
1–3 years of experience in a construction materials testing laboratory (preferred).
Good understanding of ASTM/BS standards for material testing.
Ability to operate lab equipment and prepare accurate reports.
