Civil Inspector (Infra & Landscape)

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Inspector (Infra & Landscape) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role you will assist the Resident Engineer in administering the operational functions of the day‑to‑day activities on the project with respect to utilities works.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct tests to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications, including soil compaction, moisture content, aggregation, graduation, concrete slump, air entrainment, concrete compression, lines and grades surveys, bolt torques, and concrete coring.
• Perform destructive and nondestructive tests on metals and other materials through magnaflex, dyepenetrant, radiographic, tension and compression, paint thickness, and resistivity.
• Surveil underground piping to ensure tightness, bedding, and grade.
• Inspect and monitor piling installation to ensure location and bearing.
