Job Description

The Civil Construction Foreman will provide on-site direction, coordination, and supervision to ensure completion and quality of civil work on our multi-family residential construction site in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a working knowledge of various civil and residential construction means and methods.


 

Your contributions to the team:

  • Perform civil works coordination, inspections, and quantity measurement
  • Check grades and elevations of newly installed infrastructure
  • Monitor and coordinate contractor progress to ensure work is completed within construction schedule
  • Check for compliance to plans and specifications
  • Review and confirmation of monthly progress worksheets and measurements
  • Maintain an as-built plan and communicate changes to Civil Team
