Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all civil and interior fit‑out activities on site.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Manage and supervise blockwork, concrete work, plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling work, partition work, flooring work, joinery installation, and finishing works.
- Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as‑built drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, the MEP team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, consultant requirements, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
