The Civil Estimator will be responsible for the generation of accurate and timely cost estimates for assigned projects. The Civil Estimator will deliver properly organized estimates, budgets and schedules, while managing Aecon’s risk. 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Analyzes documents, specifications, proposals, and addendums in preparation for pricing.

  • Prepares Bid Packages for Subcontracted Scopes of Work, and coordinates with Subcontractors through the bidding process.

  • Performs any estimate related to oral and/or written communications with clients.

  • Reviewing project site prior to price preparation.

  • Obtains input from Operations staff as appropriate.
