Project Manager Component
Carry out lead project management for land development projects.Assist in the scheduling and coordination of various activities to be completed by supporting staff and provide quality assurance on those activities.Manage projects, correspond with approval agencies and deal directly with clients related to setting and managing budgets and invoicing as well as scheduling deliverables.Work with Contract Administration staff to ensure the best interests of the clients are achieved during the construction. implementation stage.
