Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with around 3 - 5 years of experience to join the Mining Infrastructure Department of a consulting engineering firm's Johannesburg office.

Duties & Responsibilities Design of mine infrastructure from concept layouts to detailed design Design of bulk earthworks, terraces, roads, etc. Hydrological runoff calculation and water balance modeling Water management infrastructure design including dams and canals Mine waste disposal facilities and tailings facilities Compilation of reports Compilation of tender documents, including scope of work, specifications, and bills of quantities Data analysis, processing, and interpretation Site visits and investigations, including geotechnical investigations Desired Experience & Qualifications BEng. / BSc. Eng. in Civil Engineering or higher qualification 3 - 5 years of experience Good fundamental understanding and knowledge of soil mechanics #J-18808-Ljbffr
