Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor civil works at the solar project site (foundations, mounting structures, etc.)
- Ensure all works are implemented according to approved plans and technical specifications
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Coordinate with Project Manager and main contractors
- Review structural drawings and provide technical guidance
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
- Monitor project timeline and assist in resolving site issues
- Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation
- *Qualifications*
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in construction (experience in solar projects is an advantage)
- Knowledgeable in structural works and site supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
