This role will focus on engineering services for complex projects related to water, sanitary, and stormwater infrastructure, with an emphasis on underground installations. Clients include municipalities, provincial governments, telecommunications, and private utility owners.

- Act as Engineer of Record for designs, technical reports, cost estimates, specifications, and construction contract documents.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept to design to construction.
- Execute tenders, constructability assessments, contract administration, and inspection of municipal infrastructure projects.
