Job Description
- Civil Work Plan: Execute, prepare, monitor, and analyze civil work plans according to the project schedule.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for smooth project implementation.
- Quality Control: Identify quality issues, raise quality surveillances, and ensure they are resolved effectively.
- Contractor Management: Supervise contractors, evaluate and discuss work schedules, monitor progress, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Billing and Payments: Verify running and final bills of contractors and report any concerns to the project head.
- Project Management: Plan, schedule, and monitor activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Standards and Codes: Be well-versed in various Indian Standard (IS) codes and standards for civil works.
